Return Policy
Within 7 days after receiving the order, you may request for return through email. Please contain the order number and reason of return. If the return request meets the requirements of our return policy, you will receive our return number through email. Please indicate the order return number on the package that is being mailed out.

No return or refund policy
1. If product has been used.
2. If package is damaged when returning.

5. If return package does not contain return order number.
To avoid any damage during mailing process please secure items in the box. If return items are damaged along the way we will bot except the return request. We suggest a tracking service if package goes missing we can not process the return request.
Return
After receiving the return order, within 14 days the payment will be refunded. Payment will be refunded to your credit card through paypal.
* Attention: If we made the mistake on the order, including wrong item, wrong order, product is damaged, we will refund with no doubt.

3. The product is unopened, never worn or alter. Must include previous packaging, box, tags. Sales items are nonrefundable.
Upon receiving the exchange order we will arrange order to be sent back within 7 days free of charge. Items received for exchange will be processed and the same item will be exchanged for you. No exchanging for another product.
Cancellation
Our company processes orders the next day. If you need to cancel please contact use your order number. Cancellation confirmation number will be emailed out to you.
Please be advised: Of order is being processed or shipped we are unable to cancel the order.
Before the Company accepted for return goods, please contact us, we will verify the commodity situation. Undeliverable orders usually following reasons will be returned to the company:
1.Incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address.
2. Transport failed.
3. Customers refused to pay taxes or not customs clearance.
4. Receipt refuse to take parcels.
Goods undeliverable parcels be returned to us, the company only to refund the amount of the commodity, the rest of the shipping or transfer fee, the company will not be refunded. In addition, the Company will receive 15% of the value of goods for a fee. Undeliverable or unclaimed goods, we can re-sent. But customers will be charged a re-delivery charge.
